EU Partner Finding Services

ICT Cluster stakeholders can not only use the majority of these services to build up an interest profile - and hence identify potential opportunities to join relevant project consortia - but also to advertise your own partner requirements as you develop proposals. For a majority of the EU supported databases users need to first register, then build up a profile of your interests in order to filter the most relevant opportunities. Others services may provide more informal liaison to promote ad hoc partner requests.

If you do respond to a search opportunity be aware that they are likely to receive many responses [Ideal-ist feedback shows an average 26 responses per partner search]. Therefore it is critical that you:
- reply as promptly as feasible;
- realise that this may be your only chance to sell yourself to the proposer, so make your response stand out!

Importantly be focused and slant the information on your reply form so that it clearly highlights your (and your organisation’s) specific relevance to join that particular consortium, rather than swamping the respondent with too much general background.

If you are involved with offering any partner finding services and would like to promote them on this portal, or if you use or know of, other specialist partner search facilities of relevance to the ICT sector, please send your suggestion, with links, to  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
