Business Link West Midlands is The One

15/04/2009

Alison White, Chief Executive, BLWM explains:

“Over the last few months we have been putting in place a new client service model to provide a single, integrated, client-centric approach called Real Help For Business.

“Customers will be able to access core business support and skills advice from a single point of contact. Our new service will deliver a seamless experience for customers, identifying business and skills needs at the same time and referring clients to the most appropriate solutions.

“Our Business Advisors will work with clients to review critical business processes, skills and leadership, and provide access to a sophisticated range of support services and solutions to help businesses achieve their goals and aspirations.”

Client Services Director Tony Lucas added: “The key to Real Help For Business is a consistent approach to the client relationship that can also adapt to changes in business processes.

“It is designed to support a significant increase in the scale of our delivery - for the number of clients we support,  the time and resources for clients with more complex issues and the transformational or high growth companies with potential for significant growth and therefore contribution to development of the regional economy.”

The launch of the new service is being accompanied by marketing to the regional business community via regional print advertising, a programme of events and direct mail to over 15,000 companies.

FREE business information events are being held across the region to provide advice and support to businesses on key topics including:
-       Trading online
-       Business Marketing and Selling
-       Managing Money and Making a Profit
-       Time Management
-       Employing people.
